Rules of Court
"Subject to any rules made by the judges under
subsection (1) and subject to this and any other Act, the rules respecting
practice and procedure in the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories in
force immediately before April 1, 1999 shall be followed, with such
modifications as the circumstances require, in all causes and matters in the
Nunavut Court of Justice."
